9/10, and that was a careless mistake. To be honest, I expected this one to be harder than it was, but then, I spent a lot of time learning how to read a text with Rashi's tools. He is one of my favorite commentators! Reply

Rashi understood Torah beyond the words written, and found relevant meanings. We must be grateful for example. that he added "do not kidnap" to the Statement do steal. When I learned Rashi it occurred to me that this he was brilliant, and questioned why those insights were no part of the Torah itself? Surely, there are many other insight that Rashi made, but it would have been easier for me to study without he added Rashi script that the publishers decided. It made it more difficult. to decipher. Why? Was that to difference it from Torah script itself? It frustrated me! 6/10 I consider that a triumph. Reply

Don't you think it is signicant that Rashi studied at Worms and Mrtin Luther started the reformation Movement in Worms by posting his 91 thesis. Reply

.....Worms.....I informed myself about....there is to consider a third person.....Nicholas of Lyra............Luther later had been antisemitic..... Reply

Maybe Rashi was attempting to bring spiritual light to a place that had been significantly darkened by the antisemitic Martin Luther Reply

I scored 8/10. I guessed wrong about where on a page of Talmud that Rashi's commentary can be found. Also, I am surprised to learn that Rashi did not invent, nor apparently even use, the script he is so famous for. Apparently, this alternate script was the complete invention of early publishers of the Talmud. If that is the case, then wow, learn something new every day Reply
